Charles Cassano Dip.H.A., F.B.H.A., M.I.M. is Managing Director of Euromed Limited. Throughout his career he has attained experience and expertise in a number of areas. He started off his own private practice in 1976 where he was mainly involved in providing accountancy and secretarial services to several companies and types of businesses. He was also directly involved in management Consultancy projects and between 1980 and 1985 he was engaged by the Bishop of Gozo for setting up the accounting system for the Diocese, its Churches and Parishes and all its Commercial Enterprises.

In 1986 he was appointed Operations Executive with Holden Development Co. Ltd where he reported to the Chairman and Board of Directors. He had overall control of the hotel's operations and of its finances. He was also directly responsible for the hotel's upkeep, replacement of assets, supervision of building extensions, negotiating bank loans, and the recruitment and training of staff.

During his employment with this company Charles was responsible for the setting up of a Timeshare operation. This included the formation of offshore companies and a club of over 1,000 Timeshare members. He acted as a trustee in the distribution of funds between Marketer and Developer, he prepared accounts for all the Timeshare companies involved within the organisation. Guests' services correspondence and maintenance of the club also fell into his portfolio of duties. This also included the organisation of the Club Members' Annual General Meeting.

In 1989 the Club was recognised as one of the Top Selling Resorts in Europe. In 1991 Charles was awarded a Superior Service Certificate by the Board of Directors of Interval International (The Condominium holding over 1,700 resorts worldwide) for superior performance in services to Timeshare owners and guests.

In 1990 Charles set up his own business once again. Euromed Limited was established to provide accounting, financial and management Consultancy services (as outlined in this website) as well as operating as an insurance sales agency and a travel agency. In fact Euromed has since been recognised as an accredited agent by the International Air Transport Association (I.A.T.A.).
